FAQ

1. What products does SUROS sell? We sell window bird feeders, designed to attach securely to your window with strong suction cups. Our feeders are made from durable, clear acrylic so you get an unobstructed view of visiting birds. We focus on this niche so we can ensure every feeder works reliably on standard home windows.

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're in a remote area, you'll still get your feeder, though shipping may take a bit longer due to distance.

3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping at $15, with delivery in 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

4. What is your return policy? You may return any unused feeder within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Please contact us first to get a return authorization. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

5. How do I track my order? After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order) to see the latest status. If you don't receive the email, check spam or contact us.

6. Will the suction cups hold on cold or textured windows? Our suction cups are tested for typical home windows, including in winter. They work best on smooth, clean glass. For best hold, clean the window and cup with rubbing alcohol before attaching, and press firmly to expel air. Textured or frosted glass may reduce suction.

7. What kind of seed should I use? We recommend black-oil sunflower seed for attracting a variety of birds like chickadees, finches, and cardinals. Avoid mixes with lots of filler like milo or oats. Our feeders are designed to handle standard seed and some smaller pellets, but not suet or nectar.

8. How do I clean the feeder? Take it down and disassemble it. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the acrylic. Cleaning every couple of weeks prevents mold and keeps birds healthy. Always dry completely before reattaching.
